Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a returns or exchange.

You are eligible for a return, your item must arrive Damaged or Broken, or if you have changed your mind about the product received you have to Send us a Mail to email@example.com showing the damaged Pack/Item.
We will send you the details to return the item and we will send a Refund when Item is received.
Shipping Cost for any returns are at customers charge.
Note: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Marquenor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon Inquiry, Marquenor will confirm the delivery to the addres provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges( if applicable)
