Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a returns or exchange.


Contact for returns or questions! We respond within 24-48 hours.

You are eligible for a return, your item must arrive Damaged or Broken, or if you have changed your mind about the product received you have to Send us a Mail to showing the damaged Pack/Item.

We will send you the details to return the item and we will send a Refund when Item is received.

Shipping Cost for any returns are at customers charge.


Note: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. 


  • Contact Marquenor Customer Service Team to request a return at, please DO NOT send back to the address on the parcel.
  • Fill in the after-sales service card.As well as print the barcode and paste it on your return parcel.
  • Return your item. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost and any related expenses.
  • Send us your Tracking information
  • Get a Refund. Most refund/exchange are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.



Lost or Stolen Packages

Marquenor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon Inquiry, Marquenor will confirm the delivery to the addres provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
